First, unbolt all carburetors from their respective intake manifold (carburetors and fuel line). Attach all fuel lines to the carburetors and drain the water line running from your carburetor. Unscrew each fuel line and attach it to the carburetor tank using stainless bolts. Put the float and seat away from where you started.

Remove the air filter from your carburetors. Use a flashlight to inspect the air filter for blemishes and clean it. Using an open-end blunt-tipped screwdriver, disconnect the outboard fuel lines from their carburetors. Be sure to note the direction and distance of the ports as well as how close they are to one another. You will want to reconnect the outboard fuel port passages.

Use a wrench to unbolt and loosen the nuts on the fuel line that attaches to the outboard motor carburetors. Pull off the nuts and reconnect them to their carburetor bowls. Note where the terminals were attached when you took off the old air filter. Reconnect the fuel line to the carburetor pump and then attach the new intake manifold to the incoming air filter.

After reattaching the outboard carburetors and tightening the bolts back into the holes they were drilled, reinstall the air filter. After you have done all the above, attach the needle's valve assembly to its bracket by using the stainless bolts again. Attach the compressed air feed pipe to the needle valve assembly. Turn the ignition switch on.
